And as you let further go,
beside the relaxation,
while you are relaxing,
your attention is fixed.
Flowing.
Before you know it,
Your mind is flowing away.
Carried away by the peace.
Flowing fixed.
Moving, stillness.
Relaxed.
And who are you when
You let go, holding on.
Gone, still here,
Flowed away,
Not moved,
Still fixed on that movement?
Lower,
Like who you are
Resting in a warm bath,
Scented water,
Candlelight,
Soft music,
Warm water surrounding your body,
Feels so good,
Feels so right,
This belonging,
Buoying you,
As the soft light from the candles
Slowly dims,
The warm light fading
Away with each breath,
Your body and
Muscles relaxed,
Feeling so warm,
Feeling so right,
This belonging,
So very relaxed, as the
Last of the light goes out and you
Sink down slowly,
The count from five in your head,
Five, so relaxed, so ready to
Let go,
Four, another outbreath, and you are
Ready to enter a deep trance,
Three, so close now,
Another outbreath, feel the last of
The tensions leave your body,
Two, and one last big outbreath now, and
One,
and sleep.

Have you ever let your body and mind slip into a state of deep relaxation and pleasure. Feeling so good and warm and right, this belonging. And you can imagine what it's like when you can relax further.
Because you can experience this as if you are in a deep trance already, and I want you to notice the feel of the air on your body, and the clothes you are wearing, and your breathing, and you're relaxing and letting go even more with each outward breath, and all your thoughts are detaching, and your unconscious mind is detaching.
Which means it's as if a pull is drawing you into an ever more profound trance, and you must realise you're so comfortable right now, because you are pulled beyond this trance to a deeper trance still now, and because you are so relaxed, you can let more relaxation and pleasure in and give in to the pull to deep trance.
As you can begin to cross the threshold into the deepest part of trance now, or in a moment, and you can experience deep trance phenomena right now as if you are in the deepest part of trance already, and you notice this consciously while unconsciously you are dropping now.
And as you drift in this deepest sleep, you realise that any time I say "secret sleep," you remember this drifting, body and soul, and it feels so good, so right, this belonging, as yous enter this deeply profound trance again, right away, drifting blissfully.
Which means whenever I hypnotise you, or trigger a trance, once you have entered trance fully, unconscious mind, say hello.
Feeling so good, and warm, and right, and you feel so good about your body, and you're happy with your clothes coming off and being naked and showing off because it's so liberating to be free.
